Privacy Policy
Last updated 20 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Meet Parklynn (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you book or attend a meeting through this website. By using the service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Booking details you provide: your name, email address, chosen time, timezone, and any message or reason you add.
- Verification data: a one-time code we email to confirm your address.
- Meeting data: the room you join and, only if recording is explicitly enabled and consented to, a recording of the call.
- Technical data: limited server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.
Google user data
If the meeting host connects their Google account, we use the Google Calendar API solely to create, update, or cancel the calendar event and Google Meet link for a booking the host has approved. We request the minimum access needed for that purpose.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we:
- only use Google data to provide and improve the scheduling feature you see here;
- do not sell Google user data, and do not use it for advertising;
- do not transfer Google data to others except as needed to provide the service, to comply with the law, or with your consent;
- do not use Google data for training generalized AI/ML models.
The host’s Google access token is stored securely on our server and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting Google in Settings, or from the host’s Google account permissions.
How we use your information
- To confirm your email and create, approve, reschedule, or cancel your booking.
- To send you transactional emails: verification, approval, reminders, and changes.
- To host the video meeting and, where applicable, your calendar invite.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that make the service work — for example our email provider, our hosting provider, and Google (for Google Meet / Calendar when that option is used) — and only to the extent needed to deliver the booking you requested, or where required by law.
Retention & deletion
We keep booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Passwords and one-time codes are stored only as cryptographic hashes. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
