Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the meeting-booking and video service provided by Meet Parklynn (“we”, “us”) at this website. By booking or joining a meeting, you agree to these Terms.

The service

The service lets you request a meeting time, verify your email, and — once the host approves — join a video call and receive a calendar invite. Availability, meeting length, and approval are at the host’s discretion.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information, including a valid email address you control.
• Use the service lawfully and only for genuine meeting requests.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Keep any room password or join link private; it is intended only for the invited participant.

Bookings, changes & cancellations

A booking is confirmed only after the host approves it. The host may decline, cancel, or ask to reschedule a meeting. Where a reschedule link is provided, it applies to the same booking. We are not responsible for missed meetings due to incorrect contact details or no-shows.

Third-party services

Meetings may be hosted using our built-in video or, where the host chooses, Google Meet. When Google Meet is used, your participation is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Recordings

Calls are not recorded unless recording is explicitly enabled, and participants are shown a consent notice before any recording begins.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
